United Community Bank of Minot announces the recent hiring of Heather Allard-Kotaska as a Loan Administrator. Heather is originally from Minot and graduated from Bishop Ryan High School in 2002. She currently lives in Minot with her husband, Eric, and their two children. She is a member of the Minot Young Professionals.
